Default PC please - vampiric short bow

I figure that since the recent changes to the economy, older price checks and the baseline prices thread are probably out of date. So i'm asking for a new price check on the item i just found, please. Thanks for any responses.

OK, i have a Vampiric Short Bow

+15% damage vs hexed foes
Life Stealing 4
Health regen -1

Roughly how much is this worth, please? Would i be better off taking the risk of salvaging it for the Vampiric part to sell just that?

Er...was that supposed to be helpful? I suppose the 'yes' refers to whether i should salvage it. Assuming I do so successfully, can you then tell me how much the upgrade alone would be worth? Or would anyone contradict that idea?
